Safefood 2003 – “People, Process, Supply”
The scope of the 2nd Safefood conference grew beyond the previous year’s effort and dealt with
development of national food safety policies & infrastructure, establishing food legislation, education of
consumers and households and improving food safety in urban settings.
Safefood 2002 – “From Farm to Fork”
Our first effort to hold a National Conference to highlight the Best Practices in Food Safety & Hygiene was
meant for interested parties only. However, Safefood 2002 conference entitled "From Farm to Fork"
received a grand response and successfully attracted keen interest from Manufacturers, Media and the
Public Sector.
